Sounds heavenly doesn’t it? So apparently others think so too.
There is a website called Fire Escape Farms, and this lovely post sent to me by a foodie friend, encouraging extravagant tomato planting, all within arms reach any time of the day or night. Nothing like having a nice evening lounging on the fire escape with my husband drinking wine, and then, when 1am snacking mood hits; voila–just grab a yellow pear tomato or other heirloom variety…
